A Princess Wedding

This past weekend I had the opportunity to team up with Kim and Brian Clawson of Kimbry Studios for a wedding! I was so honored to cover this reception with them. They do excellent work, and they've always been so helpful to a certain aspiring photographer (me). Check out their work at www.kimbryphotography.com.

As far as the reception goes, it was beautiful! I kind of felt like I was in the middle of the movie "Enchanted" with the stars of the show being Prince Ben and Princess Lindsay. Congrats to you both!

Matt and Katie

Matt and Katie were married last week in the Boise, Idaho LDS Temple. Did I enjoy the 5-hour drive up there? Yes, immensely. Western Idaho is beautiful, as you can see from these first three photos. The reception was held on a butte in the middle of the wilderness of Melba; they couldn't have picked a more romantic location.

If someone had told me 4 years ago that I would be where I am now with my Andelin Photo, I wouldn't have believed them. I love my job so much, and I'm so grateful to these wonderful people who give me chance to be a part of their big day. It's YOU guys that keep me going. If you're reading this, then THANK YOU for checking out my work. I hope to hear from you soon.

Mike and Amanda

Mike and Amanda are going for a carnival-themed wedding. I took them to the carousel in Rexburg's Porter Park; we got a few shots, but there were a lot of little tots running around (removing their cute, little faces and bodies from the photos really tested my editing skills).

I love themed weddings, and this couple have some great ideas. I decided to google ideas for carnival weddings. Here's what I found.

Jason + Megan

I've gone a little dandelion-happy this spring. Dandelions truly are the unsung flower. They're a weed, yes, but so are daisies. But look at the vibrant colors they add to this couple's photos!! God bless DANDELIONS!

The future Mr & Mrs Foote

Whitney and Ben had only one request for their engagement session: they wanted a picture in front of this street sign: Foote Drive. How cute!
